Please Note:

• Since our products go through a painting process, slight variations in tone and color, as well as minor deformations from the cutting process, may occur.
• We recommend keeping acrylic touch-up markers on hand for minor imperfections. This will help you easily maintain color consistency on the surface.
• As the products are cut with a saw, some corners may have slight damage. Please ensure to leave enough margin when cutting with your laser machine.

Shipping Information

Our craft MDF products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) within 3 business days after confirmation, except during busy periods such as holidays.
• Shipping delays caused by courier services are beyond our responsibility. Tracking details will be shared via email.

• For orders outside the U.S., customs duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
