Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada for most of our products. For items that require paid shipping, we clearly indicate this before you complete your purchase.
Painted MDF products are carefully packed and shipped via courier or logistics companies.
After order confirmation, painted MDF products will be delivered to the courier or logistics company within 3 business days (delivery times may vary during busy periods, such as holidays).
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics companies. Shipping details will be sent via email.
For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed on the business day following the receipt of payment.
In case of any issues during shipping, a report must be filed with the courier before receiving the product; otherwise, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Shipping Options:
- Express Delivery: Typically within 7 days.
- Standard Delivery: Typically within 14 days.
- International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to the Rest of the World. For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customs duties and other fees may apply for shipments outside the United States. Shipping times will be clearly stated before payment.
